A healthy salad of Middle eastern descent,
we start off with fresh finely chopped parsley.
We add select bulgar wheat, chopped local tomatoes,
freshly squeezed lemon juice and diced red onion to complete this tasty mezze.
Served best with our Cava Mezze Traditional Hummus, as an accompaniment to a sandwich,
